PAYMENT

I accept payments via PayPal and credit card.

You may already have an account - If not, you don't need to sign up to use this service, and you can pay directly through the site by credit card.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES 

All of my jewelry are hand made with care and attention.

It is very important for me that you will be satisfied with your order.

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with the jewelry you purchased, please let me know within 3 days from receiving it.

I will do my best to work out a solution to your satisfaction.

Refund will only be issued after the item is returned to me unused, unharmed and in its original packaging.

Please make sure the package is with insurance, if it will get lost, I will not be able to refund your money.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
