Dear costumer, If you ordered plated jewellery this is the way to keep your jewelry at best and outlasting, so please follow these instructions:

• Remove jewelry prior to showering, before bathing, in the sea, in the a swimming pool, and before going to bed.
• Prevent jewelry from coming in contact with perfume, body lotion, cleaning or beauty products that can damage the plating.
• If damaged, you are welcome to send me your jewelry in order to renew the plating at cost price.

All of my jewelry are handmade with lots of love, care and attention and it is very important for me that you will be happy with your jewel.
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with the jewel you purchased, please let me know within 3 days from receiving it and I will do my best to find a solution which satisfies with...
Refund will only be issued after the item is returned to me unused, unharmed and in its original packaging. Please make sure the package is with insurance, if it will get lost, I will not be able to refund your money. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
